The production factory,built exactly for the equipments production, is furnished of the most modern machineries and equipments and its dimension are 10.000 mq, ( covered 5.000 mq).
The planning process is developed following the experience based on 45 years of activity and this allows to give the products the best funcionality ,lightness (great available loading mass) and time duration,to make our customers do their work in the safer way their everyday work.

From the commands to the painting, every equipment is created to resist to the hardest work conditions.The hydraulic components ,the sides locks and every other component produced on a plan for the Cucini tippers, derive from the technology of the leaders of this sector producers.
The production is made with certificated materials that are tested before their immission in the productive cycle in respect of the legal laws and legislation ,following the guidelines and indications of the producer of every singular vehicle.
Weiding is made through weiding masks.
The special methodology of powder painting, very careful to the environment,is made through a very modern machine with a constant check,that guarantees a better covering,global and homogeneous for every element,avoiding uncovered areas and the parts scarcely protected. The whole equipment has therefore a very high resistance to corrosion ,and it is always tested in a laboratory on samples of painted steels to guarantee the maximum standard for quality.
